Filling Canada’s labour gaps

Susan Black, president and CEO of The Conference Board of Canada, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss how employers can make optimal use of Canada’s immigrant workforce. She notes that Canada’s labour force growth is being driven primarily by immigrants, who are expected to account for it entirely by the end of this decade. She discusses the ways in which Canada and Canadian employers can make it easier for qualified immigrants to settle down and find jobs that match their skills.
