Super Easy Belgian Waffles with Self-Rising Flour

Описание к видео Super Easy Belgian Waffles with Self-Rising Flour

This is an update to my waffle recipe. I found an even easier method to making restaurant quality Belgian Waffles at home with less steps and less work.

Why White Lily Self-Rising Flour???

For whatever reason, the flour is incredibly light compared to regular flour. I haven't mastered a good recipe using the self-rising flour for pancakes just yet, but waffles come out ridiculously light, crispy and delicious with White Lily. You'll never use regular flour again!!!

Note this recipe will make about 2 Belgian style waffles. For 4 waffles you'll need to double the recipe.

Ingredients:

1 cup White Lily Self-Rising Flour (I can’t get this in California, I order it online and I’ll give you the link below.)
4 tspn Sugar
1 Egg
1 tblspn Canola Oil
2 tblspn Non-Salted Butter (Melted)
¾ cup Water

Directions:
1. Heat up your waffle iron while you gather your ingredients. I use a medium setting which gives me a nice golden brown waffle.
2. In a medium bowl add your flour and sugar. Mix together.
3. Add your egg, butter, oil and water to flour (dry ingredients). Beat together.
4. Add batter to your waffle iron and cook! Once the timer or cooked light comes on your done! Serve with warm syrup and enjoy!!!

It’s that simple. If you can’t find White Lily Self-Rising Flour in your grocery store you can order it from the Amazon links below. I usually by the 2 pack to save money. And I prefer the unbleached but the regular works just as great!
