The Special Yoga Centre is a sanctuary of peace, which provides yoga, meditation, chanting and workshops in a nurturing space for everyone.

Our classes and workshops are designed to develop a strong body, quiet mind, open heart and awakened spirit.

A registered charity also offering yoga therapy programmes and support to children and families with special needs, The Special Yoga Centre aims to bring about positive and transformational change to help people grow and flourish.

Our community-run organisation, based in Kensal Rise, North-West London, was established in 2004 by Jo Manuel (LINK to Jo's story). The centre is an oasis of tranquillity -- a beautiful space to explore a range of yoga styles from the healing aspects of hatha and gentle yoga to the more dynamic practices of vinyasa and ashtanga yoga.

We provide an invigorating and grounding environment for all yogi and yoginis to blossom. Study with renowned yoga teachers from all over the world to excel in your practice and create a sense of joy and balance between the mind, body and spirit.
