This is the OFFICIAL LIVE version of "Your Grandma Did It," the first original tune by Wholly Cats Swing Club. The performance was at The Century Room in Tucson, Arizona on July 5, 2024. This tune is written and performed in the style of Big Band Swing music from the 1940's and is the story of Sally, a girl from the era, who loves spending her Saturday nights at the USO dances in her hometown. It is also a friendly challenge to our listeners who say they don't know how to swing dance to go and find a local swing dance club in your area who offer free or inexpensive dance lessons with no partner required. After all, "Your Grandma Did It." You can too!
