An international team of scientists conducting research on Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) within the Central European Professors' Network will present the first results of their work during a scientific conference. Scientists, in their speeches, will discuss various axiological, medical and, above all, legal aspects of the use of assisted reproductive technologies. The papers will present both the international and national legal bases of ART and the problems that are associated with it. The international scientific conference organized by the Central European Academy on November 28, 2024 in Budapest will also be an opportunity for a scientific discussion, during which the state de lege lata in international human rights law and the law of Central European countries will be presented. The speakers will also indicate de lege ferenda proposals and areas requiring further research.
