•~INGREDIANTS~•
•| STEP:01
• Fish boneless: half kg
• Lemon juice: 1
• Leave it for 10 mins then wash it

•| STEP:02
• Oil: 200 grams
• Ginger garlic paste: half tbsp
• Curry leafs: half tbsp
• Fish boneless

•| STEP:03
• Frying Oil: 150 grams
• Ginger garlic paste: half tbsp
• Tomato pury: 300 grams
• Red chilli powder: ¼ tbsp
• Turmeric powder: ¼ tbsp
• Curshed chilli: ¼ tbsp
• Crushed coriander: ¼ tbsp
• Salt: 1 tbsp / according to your taste
• Yoghurt: 3-4 tbsp
• Crushed Cumin : ¼ tsp
• Black papper: ¼ tsp
• Fenugreek leafs: ¼ tsp

~ GARNISHE ~
• Ginger
• Green Chilli
• Coriander leafs
