It available in 25mg, 50mg, 75mg
It is a potent anti-inflammatory & promptly acting antipyretic but it relieves only inflarnmatory or tissue injury related pain

Indications :
Rheumatoid arthritis not controlled by aspirin
Ankylosing spondylitis
Destructive arthropathias and psoriatic
arthiritis
Acute gout
Bartte's syndrome

Dosage : Adults: 25-50 mg 2-4 times daily.
Neonates: 0.2 mg/kg/dose for 3 doses 12 hourly.

Contra-indications:
Machineryoperators
Drivers
Psychiatric patients
Epileptics
Kidney disease
Hypersensitivity

Special Precautions :
Active peptic ulcer
Renal or hepatic dysfunction
Pregnancy: Not prescribed
Lactation: Unsafe
Elderly: Reduced dose is necessary

Side-effects :
Gastric irritation
Nausea
Anorexia
Gastric Bleeding
Diarrhoea
Frontal Headache
Dizziness
Mental Confusion
Hallucination
Depression
Psychosis
Caninduce Asthma
