Swapping a BROKEN tram! | 🚊 HTM Line 11 | 🇳🇱 The Hague | 4K Tram Cabview | Siemens Avenio

In this video we are confronted with a tram (5047) of which the front door is broken after an incident with a passenger. Following regulations, we are not allowed to transport passengers with this type of defect. We therefore bring the broken tram without passengers from Scheveningen Haven to the tailtrack at the Wouwermanstraat. There we swap our broken tram for a replacement unit, the 5001, and return with passengers to Scheveningen. Fun fact: the 5001 was the first Avenio built by Siemens for HTM in 2014.
