Application Area:
rotary packing line mainly installs rotary packing machine, auger filler and screw elevator, suitable for packing solid, liquid, thick liquid ,powder and so on.

2.Screw Conveyor
Application Area:
Screw conveyor is suitable for feeding powder and granule, working together with auger filling machine.

Main Features:
1. Simplicity of operation is the key element in screw conveyor .the only moving part is the motor driven spiral which rotates with a sealed tube to move the materials along with it. There is no bearing components in pipeline, no matter how long the transportation is, the machine requires little maintenance, the conveyor is reliable, it will not occurs that some problems like bearing grease pollution during materials transportation.
2. Hopper is separate from twisting shaft. Structure is reasonable and easily loading and unloading.
3. In order to convenience machine cleaning, following functions are added in: auger can reverse for emptying the tube, product discharge gate is mounted in the bottom of the funnel, auger can be disassembled for washing.

3.Auger Filler
Application Area:
Auger filler is suitable for filling various powders with easy flow or poor mobility as well as granular products, such as milk powder, rice flour, protein powder, granular medicines, granular additive, glucose, spices, dyestuff etc…

Main Features:
1. Drove by servo motor, controlled by PLC and touch panel, easy operation and stable. Touch panel shows working status, operation sign, error alarm and production when auger filler working. Modules can save 7 different working datas.
2. Suitable for filling varies micro-powders and granules through add screw length or change screw accessories.
3. Easy flow products: Installs centrifugal device on filling inlet to ensure filling accuracy.
Powder: Installs dust-collector on filling inlet.
4. Machine surface is made by stainless steel. Hopper can be open and close, easy clean no need disassemble.
5. Installs hand wheel to adjustable machine height.
