Back to Storm Bullet we go. With Grim Reaper gone, it is time to go back to the usual Storm Bullet with reactor change. Chill Reactor is a no-brainer. Blue Beetle is still a good pick, but Clairvoyance for this boss is actually really nice since we can always apply the slow effect + shredding onto the boss consistently. It makes the run a lot easier especially during rage mode when you just need a few more seconds to slow it down for your spin.
