Paoay Church or Saint Augustine Church is a Catholic Church situated in the City of Paoay, Province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines. It is one of the oldest baroque churches in the Philippines which was constructed in 1694 by Augustinian Friar Father Antonio Estavillo, and was completed in 1710.

Paoay Church is famous for the huge buttress on each side of the building which serves as an earthquake resistant structure. The Church is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is part of the collection of four Baroque Churches of the Philippines.
