250g of mixed fresh herbs ( leek, lettuce, parsley, cilantro, and dill )
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
3 eggs
Spices (salt, black pepper, turmeric, etc.)

For the filling:
1/2 cup barberries
Some feta cheese(optional)
Chopped walnuts(optional)


Tips to Remember:

✓When flipping the kuku (Persian herb frittata), make sure to cover the pan with a lid first. Allow it to set for a few minutes until firm, then flip it as shown in the video.
