My Next Boat? - I Take A Look At A Corribee MK2

I had a lovely chat with a gyuy about boats and what I had planned next and it turns out he's the owner of the MK2 Corribee in the boatyard. He said he would sell it to me for £250 and told me I could go and take a look any time I wnated so heres the video of me doing that.

The Corribee is a remarkably seaworthy boat, especially for her size, however this one is in need of quite a bit of TLC. Could it be the next boat?, is there much to be done?
