There are two inhibitions in developing personal relation with God. Firstly we have not seen God and secondly God is mighty and we are insignificant.

Swamiji explains in this episode that we need to develop love towards Krishna. We need to develop loving devotion towards God and shouldn't consider His Aishwary (His Almightiness and Opulence).

If we develop loving sentiments towards Krishna, then He starts to reciprocate that sentiments for us.
