Bragging Rights Finals at Killarney!

Although the day started with some rain, that did not stop anyone from showing up and fighting for the win. The day had lots of attractions such as MSA Drag Racing, Drifting, Spinning, a Show & Shine competition and an IASCA Sound-Off in the Joubert Pits.

The Class L final came down to straight shoot-out between the Nissan GTR R35’s of Yaseen Ebrahim and Waghied Jappie – and on the day it was Ebrahim who was the first across the line in their classic encounter. But by far the biggest entry was in Class SS for cars running between 12.00 and 12.99 seconds, with fourteen qualifiers, of whom the last two standing were Riaaz Petersen (Toyota Corolla "Dakskroef") and Jiovanni Bothma (Nissan Langley) – but it was Petersen who crossed the line first in their hotly-contested final.
