Henry Cavill announced yesterday that James Gunn and Peter Safran's new DC movie universe wouldn't use him as Superman anymore. As a fan of Cavill's Superman, I was very sad to hear the news. So in this ep I try to process the news and as a Superman fan mourn the loss and what seems to be the end of the DCEU that I've enjoyed this past 10 years.

I go through Superman Earth One and its influence on Cavill's first Superman film, Man of Steel. I pull out some of my favorite Superman books through the years from the Curt Swan and Elliot S. Maggin years all the way to Marv Wolfman and Claudio Castellini's "Man and Superman".

Also in this episode, In the drawing portion of the show, I walk through my processes as I draw a Superman scene from Zack Snyder's Justice League.
