Demolition progress

The former bank drive-thru building was one of the first structures to be demolished.
Neiswonger Construction, the demolition contractor, has been working on bringing down the main structure, including breaking into the underground movie theater.
Interior remediation has been completed, and the focus is now on demolition.
Drone footage has captured the scale of the demolition, with crews actively working to bring the structure down.

Redevelopment plans

The new development will include a large Costco wholesale club.
Harbor Freight will relocate to a new space on the property.
A Campers Inn RV center is also planned, with the former Toys R Us building being renovated for this purpose.
Other retail tenants are expected to sign on as well.

The demolition is expected to be completed by Spring 2026.
