➡️Step-by-Step Guide: Diagnosis, Estimation, Work Order Creation & Repair Closure in Garage Management APP :
1: Navigate to the Diagnosis section, enter the Unit Price, and hit Save to update the record.
2 : Click Create Sale Order, confirm the order, then open the Delivery page to review and verify all delivery details.
3 : Mark the sale order as Done to complete it, then send the order and re-check all information to ensure accuracy.
4 : Proceed to Create Work Order. In the Timesheet, select the Mechanic, set the End Time, and click Save.
5 : On the right panel, you will now see Diagnosis Completed, Checklist Done, and the Work Orders successfully generated.
6 : Open the Customer tab, enter the customer’s Email Address, save it, and send the Rating Request.
7 : Go to Menu → Settings → Technical → Emails and review the list to locate and verify the Customer Rating Email.
