Cheap Eats Manila: Caution Hot! Spicy Noodle House Kapitolyo Pasig Manila Open Late. Today we share with you a secret late night hole in the wall noodle and dumpling house which we first discovered in 2015 in Quezon City and were pleasantly surprised that a new branch has opened in Kapitolyo. It’s called Caution Hot Spicy Noodle House owned by Byron Ong and Laurene Ong Go and they are open late to give you pleasurable mouth orgasms until 3AM in the morning. Their one page menu has not changed in in the past two years except for a slight increase in price – we highly recommend their best selling Beef Szechuan Noodle Soup which is a southwestern Chinese spicy broth made with Szechuan peppercorn and chili paste with mushrooms, greens and a fried egg to top it off and if you can handle it ask for the ultimate burn in spicyness. To cool off the palette they have soy milk, oolong milk tea and Tsing Tao Beer. Broth was rich and flavorful and by the time we were done, we were breathing flames. Make sure to also order at least 10 pieces of their Kuchay-Pork Dumplings which have a thin wrapper and filled with tender pork mince and then showered with spring onions, served with calamansi, soy sauce, black vinegar and chili! Of all the restaurants along Maginhawa street or on a side street that we have tried, this is the restaurant we would come back to.
