Here's a recipe to make Hyderabadi Egg Malai Korma:

Ingredients:

6-8 boiled eggs, peeled and halved
1 cup onion slice (made from 2 medium-sized onions)
1/2 cup fresh cream (malai)
1 tbsp cashew nuts
1 tbsp almonds
Green chili 10 No.
2 tablespoons ghee or oil
Coriander a bunch
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
¼ tsp Kasuri methi
½ cup Curd
Salt to taste
Water as needed

Instructions:

1. In a kadai add oil and sauté the boiled eggs for 2 mins and keep aside, in the same kadai add onion slice, green chilies, kaju, badam and ginger and garlic sauté for 5 min.
2. Keep aside and let it cool, once cooled add to the blender jar with coriander and little water to make a smooth paste. Set aside.
3. Heat ghee or oil in a pan or kadhai over medium heat. Add garam masala and let them splutter.
4. Add the prepared coriander, onion, cashew, almond paste and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Once oil leaves,Pour in the fresh curd and stir continuously to combine all the ingredients.
6. Add water to adjust the consistency of the gravy according to your preference. Bring the gravy to a gentle simmer.
7. Gently add the boiled eggs into the gravy. Allow them to simmer in the creamy sauce for about 5 minutes, so they absorb the flavors.
8. Sprinkle kasuri methi and add fresh cream and cook for more 3-5 mins on low flame allow flavors mix well.
9. Serve hot with naan, roti or parata.
