As you know, I'm a food blogger and today I made a Korean dessert and describe its taste to you.

For our korean sweet pancakes (Hotteok) we need :
117gr warm water 💧
1 ts sugar
1 ts yeast
In another bowl
100gr flour
25gr glutinous flour (if you don't have it، you can use flour instead)

For filling :
Small pieces of Apples 🍎
Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
