Playing Subnautica For The First Time!!!

After how lasts stream went I decided to for one fix the quality issue I had and just stream for fun and kind of just not care anymore lol. Anyway I have no idea how to play Subnautica and thought it would be cool to be able to watch me suffer...
Also any help is appreciated but please refrain from spoiling the game about anything for me.
