Day 2 of the Nineveh Fast is here.

By now, you’ve chosen something to give to the Lord — something to die to, something to offer in reparation.

Today’s readings challenge us deeply:

📖 “I have set before you life and death… choose life.” (Deuteronomy 30:15–20)
✝️ “Take up your cross daily and follow Me.” (Luke 9:22–25)

This fast is about discipline.
It’s about perseverance.
It’s about becoming the Face of Christ to the world.

The enemy will try to discourage and distract — but we remain focused.

We are not insignificant.
We are His Remnant.
We are His prayer warriors.
We are His hands and feet on earth.

Let your sacrifice bear fruit.
Let your prayer bend heaven toward mercy.

🙏 DAILY NINEVEH FAST PRAYER

(Pray this for all 40 days)

Heavenly Father,

In reparation for our sins, the sins of our families, and the sins of our nation,
we offer You these forty days of fasting and prayer.

Through the Holy Face of Your Beloved Son, Jesus Christ,
have mercy on us.

Receive our sacrifices.
Receive our penance.
Receive our discipline.

Purify our hearts.
Strengthen our resolve.
Transform our lives.

Make us faithful.
Make us courageous.
Make us the remnant.

May the Holy Face of Jesus console Your Heart, O Father,
and may our lives give You glory.
