How-to Recurve Stock Ford Distributor and Set Timing!

Follow along with the process of setting the correct timing on a 289 V8 engine in my 1967 Mustang. Finding the correct base timing, total timing, rate of advance etc. Also how-to modify the factory Ford Vacuum Advance canister.
