Data Sharing with Restaurants: Unlike Swiggy and Zomato, who guard customer data under "consumer masking," Rapido plans to share crucial insights with restaurants. This will empower businesses to make informed decisions about their offerings and even control their own discount strategies, unlike the forced deep discounting prevalent on existing platforms.

Rapido boasts a massive existing network of over 4 million active riders – four times that of Swiggy and Zomato combined. This ready delivery fleet, coupled with their inherent focus on partner satisfaction (a core principle that made them successful in ride-hailing), gives them a significant edge. They've also been actively collaborating with the NRAI for months to build a restaurant-friendly structure.

While Swiggy and Zomato are formidable, multi-billion dollar companies with years of experience and deep infrastructure, Rapido's history of outmaneuvering established players with efficiency and a leaner model makes them a challenger worth watching.
