A former school security guard at Somerset Academy Canyons in Boynton Beach has been accused of inappropriately touching a student at the school.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO) said that deputies responded to the school located at 9385 Boynton Beach Boulevard after a 14-year-old student reported that Jamar Agard had touched her inappropriately.

The student's mother said that she received a text from her daughter stating that Agard, 31, had taken her into the elevator at school, pinned her to the wall, and kissed her.
