Marie Coolsaet, Senior Data Science Specialist at Snowflake, takes you through her Quickstart Lab on unlocking data-driven decision making with Snowflake for data science. This lab takes third-party data from the Snowflake Data Marketplace, uses Snowpark for Python to train and deploy a model in Snowflake, and creates a Streamlit application to dynamically interact with the model. Marie's goal in this lab is to help the fictional company, Tasty Bytes, by building a model to predict shift sales for food trucks based on parking locations.
