No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake or lazy cake, is super easy to make and tasty, perfect for any birthday party! Chocolaty, rich dessert made with crushed biscuits, chocolate syrup and toasted nuts.

Ingredients:

(400g) tea biscuits
1/2 cup (50g) nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts)

Chocolate Syrup
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
3/4 cup (80g) cocoa powder
1 cup (250 ml) milk
2/3 cup (100g) butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Ganache
1/2 cup (150 g) whipping cream
(100g) chopped chocolate
