Balance chandra naadi / ida nadi with simple and powerful Osho's meditation technique.

The duration of the meditation is one hour and comprises of three distinct stages. The session comes to a close upon hearing three consecutive gong beats. It is advised to maintain closed eyes during the entirety of the practice.

Stage 1- The initial phase of the meditation lasts for 30 minutes. Assume a comfortable seated posture with closed eyes and closed lips. Commence a humming sound that is audible to those in the vicinity, creating a resonance that permeates your entire body. Imagine an empty vessel or hollow tube that fills solely with the vibrations produced by the humming. Eventually, the humming will self-sustain, and you will transition to the role of an observer. Breathing is natural, and you may adjust the pitch of the humming or move your body in a gentle, fluid manner if it feels right.

Stage 2- The second phase of the meditation is comprised of two 7.5-minute segments. In the first half, place your palms upwards and execute a circular motion by moving them outward. Start at the navel, and let both hands progress forwards before separating into two large, symmetrical circles on either side. The pace should be unhurried, such that at times, it appears as if there is no movement at all. Visualize sending energy outwards to the universe.
Once the music shifts after 7.5 minutes, shift your palms downwards and commence moving them in the opposite direction. Now, the hands will come together towards the navel before dividing outwards to the sides of the body. Envision drawing energy inwards towards yourself.
As with the initial phase, don't suppress any gentle or gradual movements of your body.

Stage 3- The third and final phase of the meditation requires you to cease all hand movements and sit in a state of relaxation.
Osho provides a reminder for this meditation: "In Naadabrahma, remember to allow the body and mind to work in perfect harmony, while simultaneously becoming a detached observer. Effortlessly and gradually, withdraw from them without resistance or conflict.
