•~INGREDIANTS~•

• 1kg Biryani recipe •

•| STEP:01
• Rice: 1kg
• Chicken: 1kg
• Red chilli powder: 1 and half tbsp
• Turmeric powder: ⅓ tbsp
• Salt: 1 tbsp/ according to your taste
• Cinnamon sticks: 2 fingersize
• Black Cardamom: 3-4
• Star anise: 3-4
• Ginger garlic paste: 1 and half tbsp
• Green chilli: 1 and half tbsp
• Yougurt:half cup
• Ghee : ¼ cup

• ( Green Cardamom: 5-6
• Cloves: 7-8
• Whole papper: 10-12
• Cumin seed: half tbsp )
• Grind it •

•| STEP:02 ( Green masala)

• Tomatoes: 2 medium size
• Lemon : 2 medium size
• Coriander & mint leaf: half handful
• Fried onion : medium size
• Pulm: 4-5
• Garam masala powder: half tsp

•| STEP:03

• Yougurt: half cup
• Zafrani kavra: 2 tbsp
• Food colour: half tsp
• ( Nutmeg, Mace, Black Cardamom powder: half tsp )

•| STEP:04 ( boiled rice )
• Water: 3-4 litr
• Soacked rice : 1 kg
• Salt: 2 and half tbsp / according to your taste
• Star anise: 1
• Black Cardamom: 1
• Cloves: 3
• Cinnamon sticks: half fingersize

•| STEP:05

• Ghee: ⅓ cup
