The blue sea dragons are part of the nudibranch family, more commonly known as sea slugs. They can be found throughout the Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Oceans in temperate and tropical waters. These creatures have a flat, tapering body and six appendages that branch out into rayed, finger-like cerata.
