Speke Hotel Kampala - Oldest hotel in Kampala - Colonial hotel

Описание к видео Speke Hotel Kampala - Oldest hotel in Kampala - Colonial hotel

Speke Hotel in Kampala is one of the oldest hotels in Kampala Uganda. The hotel was named after the famous British explorer, John Hannington Speke who discovered the source of the River Nile.

A true colonial-style hotel, the rooms are huge. The hotel ambiance is great and the hotel is situated right in the center of Kampala and across from the beautiful Sheraton Garden.

There are 3-4 restaurants at the hotel offering various types of food in an outdoor seating area. Breakfast was adequate, but by no means impressive.

A service-minded staff ensures you a most pleasant stay at Speke Hotel in Kampala.

If you are visiting the bustling city of Kampala, consider Speke. It may be older and a bit less luxurious than Sheraton Kampala. But the price-value equation is better.
