Highlighting alarming statistics, Sibal reveals that 80% of Indian youth are unemployed, with most stuck in the unorganized sector. He warns that despite the critical need for AI to maintain industry competitiveness, the very sectors providing maximum employment may no longer do so. Sibal also criticizes the government for failing to allocate the promised 42% of resources to states, instead providing only 32%.
