Biggest Cyber Attack of 2020: Just as we thought 2020 was about to end calmly, it has again made headlines and this time the talk is about the biggest cyberattack in 2020 that has shook industries worldwide. Most of the fortune 500 companies have been affected by this cyberattack and it would be a bit scary to say but this is just the beginning of a bigger wave yet to come.

An anonymous hacker group has gained access to the red tools from Fireye, which happens to be one of the most prominent cybersecurity firms. With these set of tools, the hacker group has targeted Solarwind, a cloud-based network monitoring application used by Government services, Fortune 500 companies and many other organisations worldwide.

A recent attack was recently uncovered at Solarwind that was planned in March and later got executed in the month of December. Termed as the biggest cyberattack in 2020, it is yet to be confirmed what all damages the anonymous hacker group has done. And since they still have the access to red tools, it is being speculated that many more such cyber attacks are yet to come in 2021.
