Build
1st Item - Thunder Belt: High amount of HP, Armor and Mana to spam your spells, which is very useful on Clint. The passive gives both insane team utility thanks to the spammable strong aoe slow but also strong damage throughout all the game thanks to the True Damage proc.
2nd Item - Swift Boots: We get some Attack Speed with these boots since we don't build much Atk. Speed with this build.
3rd Item - Endless Battle: Decent Damage and Lifesteal, some useful Mobility and again a lot of useful Mana. It also gives a lot of additional Damage thanks to the True Damage from the passive.
4th Item - Berserker's Fury: High Crit Chance and Damage, the passive is insanely useful to make our crits stronger.
5th Item - Berserker's Fury: Same as above, we waste the passive because it doesn't stack but we pretty much get it because it's a high flad Physical Damage item with very high Crit Chance so it's the best way to get crits more consistently making our burst damage stronger.
6th Item - Blade of Despair: High DPS item with a ton of Damage and high Atk. Speed too, the passive could be an added benefit depending on the rest of your team.
Starting Item: Situationally you can pick up Hunter's Knife as your first item.

Potion: Red Potion from the Attack section of the shop, very useful both for the additional damage that will make our burst stronger and the useful lifesteal.

Emblem Set
Physical: All good stats all-around, in general pretty much all "physical" based Embelems could be good so just pick your stronger one or the one you like the most.

Battle Spell
Flicker: Standard best all-around pick for additional mobility.
Purify: To counter many scary stuns (mostly used succesfully thanks to Draft Mode).

Tips
1) Blue buff is nice on Clint (more so now that they nerfed some of his cooldowns) so get it if you can, leave it to other heroes if they need it more though. Red buff is very good on you, try to take it everytime.
2) Max your 1st Skill first, your 2nd Skill is already very good with just one point.
3) It's very important to use your passive everytime you cast a skill so always do "skill - attack - skill - attack ...." (this is your standard combo) , don't do "skill - skill - attack" because you would miss a passive proc!
4) Practice your second skill so you learn to use it at the right time to reposition left\right or even to charge aggresively in front, don't use it just to retreat.
