Описание к видео Can We ACTUALLY Clone The Dinosaurs?

Can we clone the dinosaurs? This has been a popular question ever since Jurassic Park came out thirty years ago. The answer?... It’s more complicated than you might think.

Coning dinosaurs is not easy. Dinosaurs died out around 65.5 million years ago, and DNA has a theoretical lifespan of around 2 million years, so even when we find dinosaur DNA, it’s basically useless for cloning.

However, some scientists, like the “Chickenosaurus” project, are trying to reverse bioengineer chickens into dinosaurs. And surprisingly, some of those scientists have found a little success.

Mammoths are also an option for cloning, and that poses problems of its own. Check out the video to learn more about that.

The dinosaur park holds no official stance on the morals or ethics of cloning. This video is purely speculative based on the science known.
