Cadbury Mini Eggs Cookies!!! Chewy and Absolutely Delicious for Easter! You need to try making these delicious cookies especially for Easter time!

Makes 18 - 25 cookies

You'll need:
3/4 cup of vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of white sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 1/4 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
A 200g pack of Cadbury Mini Eggs crushed

Mix 2 eggs, 3/4 cup of vegetable oil, 1 cup of white sugar, 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix 2 1/4 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well until it makes a dough.
Incorporate fully the crushed 200g pack of Cadbury Mini Eggs.
Take a spoonful at a time and roll into balls. Place the balls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and press down.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
