Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death worldwide, accounting for 31% of all fatalities. Among its risk factors, hypertension or high blood pressure remains a silent killer, affecting over 1.13 billion people globally and causing an estimated 7.5 million deaths annually, surpassing the toll of the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the reasons for this catastrophe is the conventional approach to hypertension management, which primarily focuses on lowering blood pressure readings rather than addressing the broader, multifactorial nature of the condition. Critical psychosomatic factors such as temperament, body type, and metabolic health are often overlooked in routine clinical assessments of hypertensive individuals. This is why 95% of hypertension cases are labeled as idiopathic, meaning their root cause remains unknown.

To bridge this gap, we introduce the world’s first AI-integrated Smart “Temperament and Blood Pressure Indication Bot” (TABIB). TABIB revolutionizes hypertension assessment by evaluating hypertensive individuals in three dimensions: psychological, physiological, and anthropometric parameters.
