Managing the OLT through the CONSOLE port is an important task to ensure the smooth operation of your network. You can manage the OLT through the CONSOLE port in 4 simple steps.

Step 1: Connect the OLT CONSOLE port to your computer

The first step is to connect your OLT CONSOLE port to your computer. You can find the CONSOLE cable in the packaging box of OLT. If your computer doesn't have a COM port, you will need a CONSOLE to USB cable.

Step 2: Query the COM port on your computer

After connecting the OLT CONSOLE port to your computer, you need to query the COM port on your computer. You can do this by navigating to the device manager on your computer. Once you have located the COM port, you will be able to use it to manage your OLT.

Step 3: Open PUTTY, set serial line to COM3 and speed ​​to 115200
