My first (and only) Valentine, Justin Mark Packer, became my husband in the Provo City Center Temple on February 3, 2018. That night at our reception, I sang this song to him for the first time. I love you forever, Justin.

Does music speak to your soul? Justin and I love music. Soon after we began dating, he started sending me songs that represented our relationship and how he felt. It was one of the most romantic things to come home and hear the newest addition to our song list. “Our” first song—Shape of You by Ed Sheehan—was a song we jammed to in the car on the way to Riverwoods, where we had our first kiss. Later, he found the song that became our official couple song, Perfect for Me by Ron Pope.
When we got engaged, I knew I wanted to sing a song to him at our reception. He thought I would be covering a love song—“probably something Ed Sheeran”—but I could not find any that said what was in my heart. So I wrote one for him, titled Love You More. Sometimes music speaks for us when our mouths can’t find the words.
With the help of my amazing music producer, Becky Willard , we arranged and recorded it all in secret as a wedding day surprise. When we went to Hawaii with my family after Christmas, we filmed the music video with über-talented Luke Porter on the beach at dawn on New Year’s Eve. Justin was there for the b-roll shots, so it was quite the production to make sure he was out of hearing range during the singing!
I was so excited to sing it for him at our wedding celebration (P.S.He totally cried when he heard it) and can’t wait to share it with you!
