For Marination:
Katla fish - 250g.
Salt - ⅓ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼tsp
½ lemon juice

For Other Ingredients:
Boiled potato - 1 medium size
Finely chopped onion - 1 large size
Finely chopped Green chilli - 2 nos.
chopped Garlic - 1tsp
Chopped Ginger - 1tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves - ½ cup
Black Pepper powder - ½tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼tsp
Garam masala powder - ½tsp
Roasted Cumin & Coriander powder - 1tsp
Chili flakes- ½tsp
Bay leaves - 2nos.
Cornflour/ Cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
All purpose flour - 2 Tbsp
Bread crumbs
Salt - ⅓tsp ( according to your taste )
Refined oil - 2 Tbsp + deep frying
