I here by in this video share my Raw experience over dealing with stress and anxiety daily more of my raw experiences of dealing it,
Trying to build a community for the betterment of everyone who so ever is struggling with these including me.

Here each and every week will try to put out a series of my Real Life Experiences on how I cope with these situations and how can we build a positive practice/approach to overcome anxiety attacks.
