The First Celebrity Endorsed Video Game - Pelé's Soccer (Atari VCS/2600 1981)

There have been plenty of famous names lending their name and/or likeness to a video game. Atari and professional footballer Pelé appear to be the first.

(Before you bring it up, I am not including pinball machines or fictional characters licensed from corporations. So something like Bally's Kiss Pinball from 1979 or Sega's Fonz machine from 1976 don't count.)
