Some additional info: This card never exceeded 70c during my testing, and adjusting the fan curve with the beta version of MSI Afterburner that supports this model had it never exceeding 64c-ish. This dual axial fan reference cooler from Nvidia works very well!
Afterburner overclocking got this dialed in to +130 offset on the core and +1200 offset on the vram with voltage, temp, and power limit sliders maxed out.

-Intel Xeon E5-1650 v2 at 4.5ghz on all cores
-32gb DDR3 1600
-1080p
-RTX 2060/GTX 980ti (evga SC+ model, overclocked)
