2020 was filled with challenges that we have never faced before in our lifetime; lockdowns, quarantines, and travel restrictions changed the way we lived, worked, and played. Having many projects put on hold, Kirk decided to sample his personal Yamaha G5 Concert Grand as an experiment, this was the beginning of Traveling Pianos.
He later contacted Michael Lehman Boddicker who had an amazing Yamaha C7 in his studio that has been played by many legendary artists (James Horner, Burt Bacharach, and many others. It captures the iconic C7 sound with cutting highs and thundering lows.
