Azure DevOps Boards offers various processes to choose from for managing work items. Selecting the right process is essential for the productivity of our team and success of a project.

To better support how your business and team works, you can actually customize the process. You can add more item types, you can add custom fields to your cards, you can update the states of each item types, and you can even define specific rules.
