[TRANSCRIPT] This is a $13.9 million investment, 49 units spacious, floor plans, five units for those who are challenged physically or with hearing-sight. We have community amenities, we have a community room, laundry facility, playground, picnic areas with grills, and we onsite manage ourselves. This property is LEED Silver, which is a certification that assures that our tenants will pay less for utility, which means more cash in their pocket. At the end of the month, we are committed to keep things affordable for 45 years.

MSHDA is here, not just to finance affordable housing, but we're here also to fight and advocate for additional resources and tools to address the housing crisis. And we need partners like we see here today to help us implement the new tools that we are fighting so hard for both at the state and the federal government in order to increase additional, affordable and attainable housing throughout the state.

What is the real reason that we do this? It's great housing for people. So here are 49 units of housing for working people here in Meridian Township. We can put together the financing and the Woda Cooper team can build a good product.
