Spanish bangus
1kg small bangus or milkfish sliced into 3-4pcs
1Tbsp salt
1 tsp tomato paste
2 Tbsp black peppercorn
6 pcs bay leaves
2 medium size sliced carrot
10 pcs red thai chillies
1/4 cup sliced pickles
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup olives
1 tsp sugar
5cups water or submerge
1cup olive oil
