You might have never seen this bread before - The story of Red Bread made from Autumn olive berries only found in northern pakistan.

Autumn olive berries local named ( Falz) flour have been added with wheat flour to make a new type of bread for long time in Gilgit Baltistan and particularly in Hunza. I collected Falz , cleaned and milled in old style has unique taste only found in Gilgit Baltistan.

This heathy rich nutrient simple red bread has taste that you never have seen or tasted before.
