In this video, I restore an old german industrial metal shear that I found abandoned in a scrapyard. It was completely rusted, seized up, and considered unusable — sold only as scrap. But I saw the potential in it and decided to bring it back to life.

Throughout the restoration process:

I completely disassembled the shear and removed all the rust

Sharpened and aligned the cutting blades

Designed and built a brand new base for it

And finally, tested the tool in action — and it worked perfectly!
